Cribbix provides property listing and rental management services. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Users who list properties on the Platform are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of their listings. Cribbix does not verify the accuracy of property listings and is not responsible for any errors or omissions.
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Cribbix or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Cribbix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
